CLINIC ETIQUETTE

Appointments: Logos Associates respectfully request that clients arrive on time for their appointment. Clients arriving late may find that their treatment will be cut short or may even have to be refused.

Mobile phones: Please note that mobile phones must be switched off at all times within the clinic.

Cancellation policy: Credit or debit card details are required to secure an appointment. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice or the full cost of the appointment may be charged to the client. Where a course has been paid for in advance failure to notify any changes regarding the appointments may result in the cancellation policy being upheld.
